Ken Prewitt is a weekday anchor for Bloomberg Radio, where he serves as host of "First Word". Since joining Bloomberg Radio in 2005, Prewitt has interviewed numerous high-profile newsmakers including former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, New York Governor David Paterson, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Texas billionaire T. Boone Pickens, MLB Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson, Ford Executive Chairman Bill Ford and financial analyst Mario Gabelli.
Prior to joining Bloomberg Radio, Ken Prewitt spent several years in both radio and print, working for The Wall Street Journal and The Wall Street Journal Radio Network, Money Magazine (for which he conducted business reports on WCBS radio New York) and ABC News.
Earlier in his career, Prewitt served as a news reporter and disc jockey at radio stations in Cleveland and North Carolina.
